Hello Andrew, it was great to see Hoylake mentioned again. I was born in Hoylake in 1942 and a lot of my mother's people were fishermen and lifeboat men. They were the BARLOW, HOUSLEY, BIRD, ECCLES, SHERLOCK and ROBERTS families. I think I have found just about every Hoylake name in my research.
