Had a look at the Bromborough land tax assessments and found the following this entry for the year 1791 Proprieters name John WILLIAMS Occupiers names Thomas BRISCOE Parcels Rated WILLIAM'S and OLERHEADS Dalecrosshey For an explanation of the entry all I can suggest is that many of the "Parcels rated" that is the pieces of land or properties that were taxed are named after the occupants or former occupants of the land or property.
