I'm reposting, as so many folks have joined the list since my last try. I'm seeking information on the descendants in Birkenhead of John DODD (b 1839, Chagford, Devon) and Mary Ann AUSTIN (b 1840, Caernarfon, N Wales). They were married in 1864 at Llanbeblig, Caernarfon, and three children, John (b 1865), Owen (b 1867) and Mary Grace (b 1870) were born in the Caernarfon area. By 1881 the entire family was living at 15 Chapel St., Birkenhead, and there were four more children, all born in Birkenhead. They were: Sarah (b 1873), George (b 1876), William (b 1879) and Elizabeth (b 1880). Elizabeth (m Percy BURTON in 1910) was my grandmother and I know about her descendants but I have no information about what happened to her siblings, other than Owen (b 1867).
