I have Windows XP on a new PC and have found that some of my CD's both old and new are not compatible with this version of Windows If this is not the cause contact the suppliers of the Software, there may be a fault with it. Software suppliers usually have a web-site with contact details and technical help, or the Help and Support phone numbers should be on the back of the CD box Caryl > Dear List, > Is there SKS that can help me.
