Hi Margaret, According to the Cheshire parish register project at http://www.cheshireparish.man.ac.uk/ There is a Sarah Ann Peers bp 4 July 1841, to George and Mary Peers at Neston. That would be about the right age is she marrried in 1860 ish. http://www.cheshirebmd.org.uk/ gives 2 possible entries for this. Hope this helps. Hi Fred Sorry my Davies's came from Edward Davies ( Kerry, Montgomerieshire) who married Charlotte Owens 26/5 /1844 St Mary and St Helen, Neston..they had WILLIAM , JOHN (my GGrandfather) and ELLEN.Then they moved to Bebington and had GEORGE, CHARLES,JOSEPH , STEPHEN and MARY. Hi Keith My Rimmer is DORA RIMMER born 1857 in Wellington, Shropshire. She married JOHN BATHER on 6/1/1884 in Birkenhead. Searching for Mary Ann GILL . Married John CORLETT but seems to have disappeared after about 1871. 2 children in workhouse in 1881. Have found a death for a John CORLETT but Mary Ann is a puzzle John and Mary Ann Gill married on 7 jun 1863 holy trinity I cannot find a birth of Mary Ann Gill apart from one in Birkenhead 1850 but this cannot be right with the maths as she would have been 13 yrs old on her wedding.
