Hello John, You telling me these two streets are close to each other. Thinking this, it is feasible these two families could be connected. Are we talking around Cathcart, Pool, Livingstone, Beckwith, Streets and Club Row. in this area ? If so I have a pretty good idea, as I find most of these on the map. This is the area where my FOGGs and FULTONs are found. Cheers for now. Meadow St. is a small street nearby which I'm sure I have passed lately. If you want I''ll have a look for it tomorrow. Regards John

Is anyone researching the name GRICE. I am interested in gathering information on Ann GRICE. She married John SUTTON at Bebbington on 16 October 1763. I think she may have died 6 April 1797 and is buried in Neston. Any info would be useful especially parents names. Andrew www.andysutton.co.uk Forum at http://www.andysutton.co.uk/phpBB2/

Can anyone help me to find these people in the 1891 Census? I'd appreciate any information SKS could offer me. I'm not sure where they lived for the 1891 census; but ........... On the 1901 Census, they lived at 8 Yard, 43 Highgate, Civil Parish: Kendal, Eccle.Parish: Holy Trinity, Parliamentary Boro: Kendal Southern, Admin.County: Westmorland Alexander William Campbell, Head, Widower, age 40, Boot Machinist, born Scotland son: William C., single, age 16, Solicitors Clerk, born Birkenhead son: Alexander Bruce, single, 14, born Birkenhead son: Ernest D. {for Donald} single, age 12, born Westmorland, Kendal I'd really like to find out who his Wife was & when or where they actually married.....he was single & living in Birkenhead on 1881 Census; so, marriage was probably in that vicinity. .

The earliest Landican registers are 1934.
