Hello everyone--I am finally free of the virus. Thanks to everyone who contacted me about it. I am confused about sending it to Howell because I did not have the email address listed. I do thank his provider though for contacting me & telling me about Virus Doctor @trendmicro. After many calls to Verizon, Microsoft & Norton 2002 I got 3 patches that were to delete the virus--from Norton 2002, from Microsoft & from Virus Doctor. I ran all 3 patches & all 3 came back & said no virus found. I have not had any problem getting email or sending it anymore either. Verizon did put me in direct mail & with that I can also get my message anywhere in the world when I am away. Take care Velma
