Friday...July 21 Check in time at the Inn 3:00 There will be Birdwells in the lobby to greet you. This is also the first day of the Folk Festival in Natchitoches.** Saturday...July 22 8:00 am We have a meeting room at the Inn where we will start setting up our displays at 8:00 am 9:00 am We start our welcome and get aquainted time until l0:30 am The Folk Festival gates open at l0:00 am For those not attending the Folk Festival, our meeting room is open until after l0:00 pm for those who want to view our displays, play dominoes, cards, music or just visit. Sunday...July 23 Again our meeting room is opened at 8:00 in the Inn. Some Birdwells meet for breakfast before checking out. For those staying until Monday...our meeting room is ours until 9:00 pm. We again will play cards, music or just visit. 3:00 Sunday pm We will have an auction. Please bring something for us to bid on.
