Glenda: Andrew Bird of Raritan came from Newtown, Queens County, Long Island, NY. I don't know if this fits with him being a son of Thomas of VA - I have him as being from a Connecticut family, but there really isn't any proof of this. It seems as if Thomas and Mary Howlett Bird's children are all well-documented. Does Andrew fit into that well? I'd really like to find out for sure who Andrew's parents are.
