Janice, I was just looking at a publication called County Seat Scraps from Hendricks Co, IN. It showed a Jacob Waggoner selling property to Jeremiah Prather 12/19/1835 Grantee Index Book 4, page 434. It also showed William Harold and Sarah Waggoner as parents of Joseph, b 4/29/1916 and Wendell F. born 10/5/1914. Edward Smith's children were in Boone, Hendricks, and Marion Counties. This any help?
