Hello Everyone! I am researching a William Alby Bird, born in Moscow, Pennsylvania. He married Melissa Mitchell, and they had a daughter, Theodora Bird, born 4/16/1896 in Moscow, Pennsylvania. My mother-in-law says that William Alby Bird, died abt 1925 in Moscow, PA. According to her, he is descended from a Thomas Bird (she believes that is his name) who was one of the first settlers in Scranton, PA.
