Any help on this family > would be appreciated. > > Betsy Arndt > [email protected] Betsy, Regarding the Broyles/Bird connection: Edwin & Maurice Broyles were sons of Ida Miller, Dau of Susan Bird, Dau of Robert Boone Bird, son of Thomas Bird, son of Robert Bird. I've also seen discrepancies in birthplaces given in the census. One census will show the birthplace of a person to be Kentucky, the next census 10 years later may show the birthplace of the same person as Tennessee.
