Rebecca Turner (as you know) Apparently, Mary below is Jonas Bird, Sr.'s wife not Wm. as I said earlier: 11,Dec.1823, widon Mary Bird, appointed Joel Hightower, Power of Attorney and he is of Gwinnett Co., I believe. He sold Lot#354,Dist.7 in Gwinnett Co. to Wm. Faine of Hall Co. Heirs signing: Wm. Bird Wyley Joel Jones(Jonas)(this is Jonas,Jr.sometimes listed as Joney and Jones) Ann Gay (Mary)(wife of Joshua Gay) Teneey Williamson Jacob Daughtry Viney Brewer or Brannen From EM. Co. Will Abs. According to Mr. Bird Jonas Bird, Jr. and Rebecca Turner moved to another Co. around 1840. But you know where!!! He says that there was a Jesse Bird who was Jonas, Jr.'s brother.
