Hello every one, I found this site today. Not really for the ALLEN, since those doing research there are only working in New England, NY, NJ and PA. But possibly for other ancestors of theirs. If you have any ancestor who may have died in MI between the years of 1867 - 1875 go to http://www.mdch.state.mi.us/PHA/OSR/gendis/index.htm It is searchable. Do not have to give full info. If you want to search all of one surname just type it in. I possibly found info on one ancestor who I know died in MI, but wasn't sure of date.
