Hi Mike, I have corresponded with a person who, I believe, has done extensive research on your Bird line. She believes that her Birds and mine have a connection somewhere. My Birds were in Spalding and surrounding areas. My family emigrated to the US in the early 1850's and settled in Oakland CO Michigan. We haven't made that connection, yet. Hopefully, it will happend some day. I haven't written to her in some time, but I will be glad to pass on any information you may think is helpful.
