I have been hunting information on Matilda Byrd born 8-15-1837 died 10-24-22. She married Elihu L. Morris. I finally found a Matilda Byrd on the Cocke County TN census 1850 that listed a Dennis and Nancy Byrd with children John, Andrew and Matilda age 13 - meaning her birthyear would have been 1837. Does anyone have information on this particular family? Thanks Cindy Sheldon Knoxville
