    2. Michael Kaehn
    3. The Edward and Mary Ann (Jennings)Bird family arrived in Victoria, British Columbia about1895. Not sure which coast they arrived at first. I have for the most part figured out the part of the family that stayed here in British Columbia. In both Edward and Mary Ann's obit two sons are mentioned living in New York. George b abt. 1874 and Douglas b abt. 1871. Years ago when I asked my grandparents to tell all, I was told that one of my great grandmothers brothers was a famous (Opera??) singer in the early 1900's in Chicago. Could be either one. I have reason to believe one of them did travel back to Victoria about 1904 for a visit. Does this ring a bell with anybody?? Many thanks! Michael Kaehn (was Köhn, should be Koehn, pronounced Kane) Victoria, BC Canada
