When I was looking at the 1856 Van Buren Co, iowa State Cen. I found the following group . Elizabeth Bird age 50 born Kentucky, They had been in Iowa for 9 years. With her was Nancy age 22, Esther 21, and Jane. There were no males in the household. My Birds are from Kentucky. Does any one know any thing about these ladies. Thanks, Elsetta
