I use Netscape and don't have that problem. I just click on the name and it fills out a card to put in my address book. I can't get around in that darn address book either. Usually when I have a problem putting something in my addess book, I type in the e-mail address and send a copy to myself, then I can click on it and in it goes. I very carefully put a name in the organization spot so I can tell what line the person is interested in. I would be interested in the address book secret too.
