Well Tom hummm, Actually with the fact that the list is just under 400 members this list doesn't stay busy all the times. I can't see breaking the list by spelling or by location. >From what I've noticed in my research some families have gone by all three spellings and I'm really thinking the BIRD/BURD/BYRD's had wings for they don't seem to stay in one place long<grin>. Following the start of my line of BIRD/BURD's from NJ and they went to PA, IL, UT and OH. Guess that might explain why two members of my latter line were born in PA and OH, parents were visiting relatives? Remember not only do we have this mailing list but there's also the GENCONNECT boards where you can post Queries, Bible records, Bio's,Deeds, Obits, Pensions and Wills. These boards are a great place to put those documents you have tucked away that are not your line.
