Launa and Fellow Bird Researchers: When trying out a new search engine (www.alltheweb.com, which turned up things others didn't for me), I came across a set of transcribed Buncombe Co court recrods ca 1794-1795. I have not gone through them with a fine tooth combe, but at the April 1795 session, Benjamin BIRD Sr. enters some estate administration papers for Benjamin Bird Jr., Thomas BIRD gave bond and security.
