I descend from Andrew Bird/Byrd and Magdalene Jones/Jonasson and your information matches mine, except I don't show a son named John born around 1730 in Chester Co PA. Do you recall what your source was? He's not mentioned in Andrew's will. I have quite a bit of info on the descendants of Adam Byrd who moved to Washington Territory in 1852.
