Byrd is Ann Yelton. Mildred m to Richard Garrett is Mildred Byrd, daughter of Foster Byrd listed above. Margaret m to Foster Byrd above is Margaret True Gosney. The Wm. Byrd entry was extremely difficult to read as the enumerator scratched over it, possibly as a result of fountain pen difficulty. Is anyone else working on the Foster Byrd family? I believe his parents to be John Byrd and Nancy Foster. John Byrd and Nancy Foster were in the 1850 Campbell Co, KY census but I did not find them in the 1860 census. Since John Byrd was b ca 1777 in VA and Nancy Foster b ca 1786 VA they could very well be deceased as of the 1860 census. For your records, John Byrd and Nancy Foster m 22 Jan 1804 Campbell Co., KY (Alexandria Courthouse). ANY input on this family would be GREATLY appreciated. I believe that Clarrissa Bird/Byrd who m Isaac Dye 31 Mar 1831 in Campbell Co., KY is from this Byrd/Foster family. Clarissa was b ca 1804 per the 1850 census. Kathleen Casson Walker P.S.
