I have a Philemon Bird born 1744-45 in Prince Edward Co., VA, will dated 21 Nov 1809 in Wilks Co., GA, son of Williamson Bird and Phoebe Price, married Mary Lee 2 Nov 1762 in Middlesex Co., VA. Mary was the daughter of George Lee & Mary Byford. Children: Diana Bird, married an Evering Lee Bird, b. 13 Sept 1765 in VA, d. 3 May 1838 in Shelby Co., KY, m. Polly Caldwell 31 May 1796. Job Bird Mary Bird, married (?) Ogeltree Robert Bird Williamson Bird James Bird Caty Bird, married (?) Heard Buford Bird Elizabeth Bird, m. (?) Jourdan George Bird Philemon Bird, Jr. This was taken from the will of Philemon Bird, Will Bk HH 1810-1816, pg 12, Wilkes Co., GA and Virginia Magazine of History and Biography, Jan 1941, pg 75, and Marriages of Some VA REsidents 1607-1800. I have another Philemon Bird who died 2 March 1752, married Mary (?) and had children: Mary Ann Bird Betty Bird Johanna Bird Sarah Bird John Bird This was taken from Virninia Wills. Hope this helps.
