Hi Barbara, I've read over your posting again and hope I didn't jump to conclusions. I believe you were looking for George English Billington, correct? Whereas my great- grandfather was George Emery Billington. However, if you are uncertain as to the middle name - we could be talking about the same person. Do you know whether your George Billington's father John had been married twice? You noted that his mother was Eliza. My George Billington's mother was Harriet Lane.
