Hi All I am Colin BILLINGTON, son of Ernest Firth BILLINGTON and Daisy Irene BILLINGTON. My father was born on 24 April 1872 at Moldgreen, Huddersfield, England and died on 23 August 1948. He was the son of Edwin BILLINGTON, born 17 June 1843 at Gawber, near Barnsley, married Sarah BENNETT on 10 January 1865, and died on 10 March 1903 at Barnsley. Edwin was the son of Joseph BILLINGTON, born 11 Nov 1806 at Huddersfield, married Ann HOPE on 27 November 1833, and died on 27 Nov 1886 at Gawber. Joseph was the son of John BILLINGTON, born 1775, married Nanny DRURY on 26 March 1799, and died 27 November 1850 at Huddersfield.
