A query at Richey Gen Forum claims the latter couple are Robert Richey and Elizabeth Biggs. Robert and Susannah might be Robert and Susan even though the WorldConnect submission shows a different birth date than you have for him. See also queries re Spencer Co KY at the Crist Gen Forum. Biggs family may have come to Sullivan Co IN before Vigo, so there could be early records there.
