    3. I have un-sourced material which says that there were 3 brothers who came to America in the mid-1700's and settled near Brownsville, PA. They were Capt. JOHN BIGGS who settled near Zanesville, OH and was an Indian fighter who was killed in 1773. Gen. JACK BIGGS who settled on the Miami River near Cincinnati, OH and was also in the Indian wars. Third was WILLIAM BIGGS of Virginia (?) born in 1749 and died in 1803 in New Albany. He was with Gen George Rogers Clark at Fort Jefferson in 1780. He married an ELIZABETH. They had son who was ANDREW BIGGS who married JUDITH ROBERTSON (Robinson, Robeson) and was a tavern keeper in Mt. Sterling, KY and Greenup, KY. Some of this is mentioned in History of Greenup County, Kentucky by Nina Mitchell Biggs (1951) pp. 122-123. Does anyone have any additions, corrections or deletions to the above material?
