She was born in Harlan, Ky. Mrs. Biggs was a retired bank officer and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She married George H. Biggs, October 18, 1942. Survivors include son, George E. Biggs of Florida; sister Irene Pace of Ohio; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Services 11 a.m. Saturday, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 8902 Highwood Dr. SD. Viewing 10 a.m. Relief Society Room.
