Hi Nita and all Bibbys, This would be Edward Bibby, the brother of James Bibby of Conder Mill, who founded the firm of J Bibby & Sons. Edward first emigrated to NZ in 1852, returning in 1861 to find a wife.According to "The Bibbys of Conder Mill" it was in 1895 that Edward paid another visit to England, but this could well be out by a year. But he came over with his wife, so why was she not on the boat?
