My great grandfather was John Slater Besser and my grandmother was Lelia Lou (Besser) Smith. She was married to Rolland Rivers Smith. My father was their son--Carl Rivers Smith. Other children were: Lois Puntch (John), Jessie W. Smith, Paul W Smith, Harold Smith, Billie Smith and Sybil Fagan. I am one of three daughters born to CRS and Allene Dolores (Smith) Smith.
