Listers You might be interested to note that at 9.30am this coming Sunday morning (20 September 2009), Wendy Archer will talk family history on the Oxford local radio station "Jack FM". Wendy is Chairman of Oxfordshire FHS, and is also prominent in the Guild of One-Name Studies. She will discuss family history research in Oxfordshire and further afield, as well as looking ahead to the society's 2009/10 programme of events. Based on similar past broadcasts, I would expect Wendy to be on the air for maybe fifteen minutes. Those resident outside of the Oxford area can listen via the station's website :- _www.jackfm.co.uk_ (http://www.jackfm.co.uk/) Enjoy ! Derek Trinder the BerksFHS Chairman will be talking with Karen Kimberley about her family history between 11.00 & 12.00 on Ann Diamond's Berkshire Radio Programme. Karen and all her family were raised outside Berkshire and Karen was interested to know how Berkshire Family History Society could help her discover more about these people who had lead such interesting lives. Do listen, especially if you want to know how Berkshire FHS can help with ancestors who did not live or work in Berkshire. Jocie
