Hi Everyone I was recently lucky enough to find the will admin of an ancestor on Ancestry's new probate calendar My ancestor Hannah Grover nee Hanson died in 1853 yet the will which was worth less than £50, wasn't proved until 1862 The her estate went to her husband Charles Grover. Is there anyway to find out why the proving of the will was delayed by almost 10 years? I have yet to get a copy of the actual will and probate. regards MOIRA
