The Vale of the White Horse Branch, Berkshire Family History Society will be having our Annual Meeting on Monday 19 April 2010. But don't let this put you off. The formal part of the meeting will not take long and will be followed by at talk by Margaret Young the Berkshire Family History Society Projects Coordinator, who will tell us about projects the Society has undertaken, working on at present and plan to do in the future. We will also be discussing the Vale Branch own project at St Peter Drayton where we are transcribing the Monumental Inscriptions. Margaret is also the Berkshire Regional Representative of the Guild of One Name Studies and I am sure she will help anyone wish it start one or who needs help with theirs. The meeting will start at 7.30pm and will be held as usual at Long Furlong Community Centre, Boulter Drive, Abingdon. Where there is ample free parking. Everyone welcome. Regards Sue Matthews Chairman/Programme Secretary Vale of the White Horse Branch, Berkshire Family History Society
