    3. I'm sure there must be some copyright issues about copying any more big chunks of the EurekA pamphlet out on a website where anyone can look at it, so I'll answer you directly. (I am also interested in the Wheelers so I know the answer is "yes".)   I did however want to make sure that anyone reading this list was made aware that the EurekA transcription is not accurate in every little detail - and that while they claim that the map has "gone missing" it is in fact still around, at least on the web, if you talk to the right people.   See http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,349205.15.html for instance.  There's a link there to a very interesting academic paper based on the 1801 Binfield census and copious other notes made by the same person responsible for the detailed 1801 listing.    One day I might go to Reading and plough through these parish records as my ancestors seem to have been a right shower and I dare say a lot was recorded about them!   Therese. --- On Sat, 23/1/10, berkshire-request@rootsweb.com <berkshire-request@rootsweb.com> wrote: Message: 3 Date: Fri, 22 Jan 2010 17:05:30 +0200 From: "Terence Wheeler" <wheeler@icon.co.za> Subject: Re: [BRK] 1801 census for Binfield To: <berkshire@rootsweb.com> Message-ID: <AE367A19D63D4528A2BB5A11A85BC026@terencebjuv6to> Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed; charset="iso-8859-1";     reply-type=original Dear Therese Later in the 19th century my ancestors were in service for the Bruce family Gentry resident Binfield.  I got the impression we WHEELERS had connections to/in Binfield.  The names I would be interesed in are as follows: Thomas and Esther WHEELER [both of circa 1765] William WHEELER [of circa 1790] Daniel Wheeler [of circa 1792] Martha WHEELER [1791] George WHEELER [1795] Catherine WHEELER [1799/1800] Edward WHEELER [1802-5] I am descendced from William WHEELER and have his line until 1851 and also a cousin has identified Daniel's line. I also know where Catherine was in the 1851 [Reading] Your kind assictanmce will be much appreciated.
