    3. The entry is in FreeBMD. There are two different 'Windsor' districts in the FreeBMD picklist of districts for searching: Windsor(to Mar 1974) and Windsor & Maidenhead (from Jun 1974) If you chose the latter you would not have found the entry. Sometimes 'less is more' so it may be quicker simply to choose the surname and the district and year range.
