Hi List Members, I am new to the List. Am trying to find some information on my husband's side of the family. I have very little to work with, but have spent a lot of time going through on-line Parish registers and found only a handful of WICKS entries. The only names I have are that of my husband's gr. grandfather, William James WICKS, b./chr 25th Jan., 1864, Reading, Berkshire d. 4th Nov., 1946 . Have a wife listed as Clara Elizabeth Barker, apparently married in Brisbane Australia. Any information on William James Wicks and family would be gratefully appreciated Many thanks, Jenny Wicks.
