I know its earlier but of interest to me. according to freebmd the only James Stroud marriage(no date or venue used in the search) is to Dora Cope Oct - Dec qtr 1902 Wallingford. She is one on Robert's sisters - see 1881 census when they are living Newnham Murren, Oxfordshire.
