Hi I'm trying to trace the birth record/certificate of Sarah Ann BREWERTON. I believe that she was born Jan 1840 in Chalkhouse Green but I haven't been able to identify her birth record. If she was baptised, how would I find out which church she might have been baptised in? She was the last of a number of children to John and Harriet/t BREWERTON to be born in the UK before emigrating to NZ in 1842/3. There, several more children were born to John and Harriet/t. My aim is to find the maiden name of Harriet/t. I have been sent a couple of ancestral family trees from different sources but they disagree over the maiden name of Sarah Ann's mother.
