To be Sold by Auction by Thomas JENNER , On the Premises, on Thursday, Dec. 2, if not sooner disposed of by private Contract, The Lease of that well-accustomed Grocer's Shop in New Windsor, in the County of Berks, near the Market-Place ( late in the Occupation of Mr. Thomas DABSON ) of which there are 18 Years unexpired at Michaelmas last, at an old easy Rent of 18 Pounds per Annum. Also on that and the two following Days will be sold, all the neat genuine Household Furniture, Stock in Trade, etc., consisting of neat and useful Household Furniture, Stock of all Kinds of Grocery, Haberdashery, etc. To be viewed on Wednesday December the 4th, and till the Sale, which will begin each Day at Eleven.
