    3. Wallingford (and Ipsden) have been part of Oxfordshire since 1974. Before then they were in N. Berks.     3. Wallingford was in Berkshire but is now in Oxfordshire. I have a John Warwick born in the Workhouse in Wallingford 1908. His mother was from South Moreton a village near Wallingford.
