Hi Jenny, I note that on ancestry.co.uk there is someone researching Joseph Stevens born 1801 married Sarah Hillier. They had a son Joseph Alfred Stevens born at Sunninghill, Berkshire 1836 who married Rebecca Lawrence. They in turn had a daughter Rebecca Jane Stevens. The owners of this tree are shown as heatheranddavid Does this fit - or maybe this is your tree? Joseph and Phoebe appear to have had 2 further children baptised at Reading - Martha baptised 17 Aug 1798 at St Giles, and Sarah baptised 14 March 1796 at St Mary. Joseph Stevens (who married Phoebe) may have been the son of Joseph Stevens and Elizabeth Reade baptised 18 Nov 1751 at Reading St Mary. Can anyone help with Joseph Stevens and Phoebe's marriage? Or where Joseph Stevens who married Elizabeth Read 12 Jan 1746 at St Mary came from?
