There is a deed dated 1707 in Perquimans where John Jr. assigns all rights to John SR. So my estimated dates of birth maybe off as I think that for John Jr. to own land he must have been at least 20 yrs. old. I also found a deed dated about 1720 in Chowan Precinct where John Sr. and his wife Rose bought land. I do have all the genalogy I have done to date in a report which I can send you I have the next gerneration marring into the Lanier,Smithwick,Garrett, and griffin families living in Martin Co.NC.
