I have been trying to prove that "Iowa Jacob" Bennett is the brother of Aquilla Bennett of Brothersvalley, Somerset Co, PA. I unfortunately have not been able to trace the Bennett line any further back than the late 1700's, however per Aquilla's granddaughter: **Jacob moved to Iowa & owned a large tract of land **Aquilla's father (Issac) was killed & scalped by Indians **Isaac's father left the family in America & went back to England And the search continues!
