He had a sister whose name was Leola. He was married to Myrtle (MASON) Bennett. They had two daughter's: Doris June (Bennett) Froboese and Margie (Bennett) (Lehr) Roark. Al (my grandfather) joined the US Army Air Corps during W W I, he was stationed at Kelly AFB, then stayed in San Antonio after the war, where he worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad.
