Surnames: Bennett Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/BRD.2ACEB/4593.1 Message Board Post: My great grandfather was Peter Bennett, born in Scotland in 1857, who emigrated to Peterborough Township in Ontario (don't know how close this is) as a child. I know he had many brothers and sisters, but don't know their names. A couple of the siblings returned to Scotland to live. I have pictures of a family "camp" or lodge in the woods where they gathered for vacations, but I don't know exactly where it was or who all the cousins in the pictures are. Peter married Mary O'Leary and they had three children William (b. 1887), John (b. 1889) and May (b. 1891)
