Possibly from Farnham, Buckinghamshire....or moved on to somewhere else?? I only know my great grampa's name is Alfred Bennett and his parents are Thomas and Pheobe Bennett and that was in the 1860's. He had a big family though and some of the brothers were landsurveyors and masonry's. Please reply if you do get more information that connect's our Bennett's ....thanks....have a great day!
