Hi, saw your message and as my husband attends his Navy reunions, I know how much it means to locate an old buddy. Have you tried to contact the American Legion and VFW in that area? They might post a sign for you, or run a note in their newsletter. He might be a member, if not an old friend of his may be and they might be able to tell you where his family moved to. You might also advertise for free in their magazines, "looking for" section. Also check to see if your Signal Corp group has reunions, if so they will advertise in those two magazines.
