I did However grow up in Washington state and My father (Robert Lyle Bennett Sr.) thinks I may be having problems finding anone before my grandfather because he was half Cherokee. I do know that I am suposed to be related to Bennett's from Oklahoma and Texas. anyway all I have is the following Information. Murrell W. BENNETT Sr. born: 29 Dec 1916 (SSN issued in TX birthplace???) died: 31 May 1975 (San Francisco CA) ssn: 465-07-0042 Maried: Wanda Wonder Kuykendall born: 24 Aug 1922 (SSN issued in TX) died: 26 May 1969 (San Francisco CA) ssn: 553-32-5318 Children: Murrell Willson. Bennett JR. 1942-2002 Robert Lyle. Bennett Sr. 1945 - Present Janice Bennett Cardoza (in the 50s??? gota ask) - Present My Dad (Robert) has 3 kids My Uncle had one son that I know of My Aunt has 3 kids The Names Robert and Lyle also seem to be spread throughout my family (My father mentioned a Cousin in WA named Robert and I have a great uncle name Lyle (HI.)) I feel fairly confident that if I can get past my grand father that I will be able to trace things back a couple of more generations based on stories my father and aunt have told me.
