Since my posting I have learned that Thomas was born in Surry, VA and his first wife MAY have been a Anna Hayes Warnock. What we know for certain is that my Thomas died 07/1816 in Duplin County, NC as evidenced by the probate of his will. Thanks for trying and good luck on your "digging."
